Turkey and Quinoa Stuffed Cabbage Rolls, or the name I like to use, Dolma. It is called Dolma in Azerbaijan, and the neighboring regions. The name comes from the verb dolmag which translates as to be stuffed. This recipe is one of my many variations of the Dolma.
